Our shipping cost is $3.95 per product. However, we offer some exclusive products with Free shipping through certain email offers, promotions, etc.

We ship worldwide using USPS. If you’re still not sure, just email us.  We’re super happy to help

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

In order to maintain the absolutely best prices we work with several suppliers who ship directly to the customer! The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we’ll work our hardest to ensure you get what you ordered as fast as your baby can say da-da!

I ordered multiple items, but only received one... what happened?

In order to guarantee the best price, we source our products from multiple suppliers. Therefore, if you ordered multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. So no need to panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. Any other questions or problems, feel free to contact our support.

Why have I not received any confirmation details after I ordered?
Check if you entered your right email. We make sure to send 3-4 emails throughout the whole fullfillment process, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.
Do you have a refund policy?

Yes. You are completely safe! Check our refund policy here.

How to I cancel my order?

No problem. Just send us an email within the first 24 hours of placing your order and we will issue you a full refund, no questions asked and we won’t take it personally. 😉

Am I going to be able to track my order?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a   confirmation email  to indicate that we have received your order, and have authorized your credit card/PayPal for the purchase. 

Once your order has been shipped, a second  email containing your tracking number(s) will be sent. The tracking number can occasionally take a few days to update, but once you have received the email, you can be sure that your order is on its way to you!

What is the item(s) I received are damaged, incorrect or defective?

Our beautiful support team is here to help you. Simply email to start the return/refund process. Please include the following information: 

• Order number 
• Proof of purchase 
•  Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable) 
• Email contact 
• Complete delivery address 

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
